Our Mission
We exist to make sure no Canadian student misses an opportunity because they didn't know it existed.
Initiate Collective is a student-run platform dedicated to surfacing scholarships, competitions, STEM programs, MUNs, summer programs, and more , completely free, for every student, across every province in Canada. We believe access to opportunity shouldn't depend on who you know, where you go to school, or how connected your community is.
Too many students graduate without ever knowing the programs that could have changed their trajectory. A scholarship they were perfect for. A research program that would have sparked a lifelong passion. A competition that could have opened doors they didn't even know existed. We're here to change that.
Beyond discovery, we actively support youth organizations and student-led initiatives by helping them reach and connect with the next generation of driven, ambitious students. We believe that talent exists everywhere but access does not.
Through curated opportunities, youth-led initiatives, nonprofit partnerships, and a growing network of students across Canada, we bridge the gap between potential and possibility. We are building more than a platform. We are building a generation of students empowered to lead, create, and make meaningful change.
